Elif Karakaya

Elif Karakaya is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in human resources and psychological counseling. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and formerly as a Human Resources Assistant Specialist at HangiKredi since July 2022, Elif also gained experience as a human resources intern at Teknosa and worked as a trainee psychological counselor with the Ministry of Education. Additionally, Elif has been involved in educational initiatives, including teaching STEM subjects to children at Young Engineers e2 and serving as a peer mentor at Evokuludernegi. Elif holds a Master of Arts in Psychological Counseling and Guidance from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, where studies are ongoing, and previously completed a bachelor's degree in the same field at the same institution.
