Bernie McCabe

Bernie McCabe has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Bernie started their career as an Account Administrator at Vanguard in 1991 and then moved on to work as a Director of Human Resources at ACE from 1996 to 2001. Bernie later served as an AVP of Human Resources at CIGNA from 2001 to 2004. From 2004 to 2005, Bernie worked as a Regional Director of Human Resources at Aramark. Bernie then joined Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. in 2005, where they held various roles such as Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner and Vice President, Assistant to the CEO, until 2010. After that, Bernie worked as the Head of Human Resources at American Modern Insurance Group from 2010 to 2012. Bernie then served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Bancorp Bank from 2012 to 2018. Bernie continued their career at BDO USA, LLP as the Director of Management & Technology Advisory Services from 2018 to 2020. Finally, they joined LBC Credit Partners as the Human Resources Director in 2020. Currently, Bernie is the Executive Director and Head of Human Resources at CIFC Asset Management, where they have been employed since 2020.

Bernie McCabe has a Bachelor's degree in BA from Villanova University. Bernie also has a Master's degree in Human Resources from the same university. Bernie attended William Penn Charter Preparatory School for an unspecified period of time. In addition to their formal education, Bernie has obtained certifications as a certified instructor in various programs, including Blanchard: Raving Fans through Legendary Customer Service from The Ken Blanchard Companies, Blessing/White: Peer Coaching from BlessingWhite, a division of GP Strategies, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator from The Myers & Briggs Foundation.
