Nhung Nguyen (Scarlet)

Nhung (Scarlet) Nguyen, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Nhung (Scarlet) is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hanh Phuc International Hospital, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Nhung served as the HR Director, People & Culture at TUNG MUNG INTERNATIONAL CO. LTD (TMI) from 2021 to 2023. Nhung (Scarlet) also worked at PwC Vietnam as the Head of Total Rewards, HRIS, HR Operations from 2016 to 2021. Nhung's earlier experience includes roles such as Compensation and Benefits Manager at FV HOSPITAL (Vietnam) from 2009 to 2016, Human Resources Manager at Viet Thai International - VTI Group in 2009, and HR & Admin Manager at Shirasaki Vietnam from 2003 to 2009. Throughout their career, Nhung has led teams, developed HR policies, managed compensation and benefits programs, conducted recruitment and training, and ensured compliance with relevant legislations.

Nhung (Scarlet) Nguyen, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from HCMC Polytechnic University, Vietnam, which they completed from 1998 to 2003. Nhung (Scarlet) has also earned several additional certifications, including "HR as a Business Partner" from LinkedIn, obtained in April 2021, and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn, obtained in August 2020. Additionally, they obtained the prestigious designation of "SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)" from SHRM in July 2020.
