Jaira Jackson

Jaira Jackson serves as the Assistant Community Manager at Severgn Apartments within the Hankin Group since April 2021, focusing on administrative duties, enhancing resident retention, and streamlining operational processes. Additionally, Jaira works as a Freelance Book Blogger since March 2020, collaborating with authors and publishers, creating engagement content, and promoting BIPOC literature through interviews and reviews. Previous experiences include roles at Books A Million as a Bookseller, where strong sales and customer service were demonstrated, and as a Marketing Intern for the City of Palm Coast's Parks and Recreation Department, where marketing strategies and analytics were developed. Jaira also has event management experience as the Director of Events at Hatter Productions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Stetson University.
