William Gagliardi

William Gagliardi is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT at Hankin Group since April 2014, where responsibilities include managing on-premise and hosted backend solutions, overseeing Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 administration, and administering Microsoft Azure. With prior roles including IT Manager and Systems Administrator at the same organization, William has extensive experience in network management, telecom support, and the administration of property management and construction software. Previous experience includes IT Desktop Support at ERIN Engineering, focusing on general desktop support and system security. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and an Associates/Transfer degree in Computer and Information Systems from Delaware County Community College. Additionally, William is a certified Aerial Drone/UAS pilot (Part 107).
