As a purpose and values centered Talent Partner, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our organization by attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent as we look to shape and grow the brand in becoming the destination of choice for premium, quality, sustainable, iconic children’s wear. Working closely with the People Team and various stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent outcome, development, and management strategies to support the business objectives of Hanna Andersson. 

Talent Acquisition: 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted values and purpose aligned recruitment strategies.
  • Create compelling job descriptions, post job openings on relevant platforms, partner with outside agencies and proactively source candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop hiring standards and policies in shaping the candidate and hiring manager experience and outcomes.

Talent Outcomes (Development & Management): 

  • Partner with managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for talent development and succession planning.
  • Support the performance management process by providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees.
  • Assist in designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management to continuously improve processes and initiatives.

Employer Branding and Employee Engagement: 

  • Contribute to building a strong employer brand by creating compelling purpose and values centric job descriptions, maintaining an engaging careers website, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute relevant content to attract top talent.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with our organization's values and culture.

Data Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Track and analyze talent acquisition and management metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility to key stakeholders.
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions and recommendations for optimizing talent strategies to broaden representation across Hanna Andersson.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or related HR functions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, performance management, and employee development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • A passion for talent acquisition, talent development, and fostering a positive work culture.
