Anil Gupta

Anil Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Anil is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at Hanna Andersson, a position they assumed in 2023. Prior to that, Anil held the role of Vice President of Information Systems at ecoATM Gazelle from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining ecoATM Gazelle, Anil had a long tenure at SEPHORA, where they held various roles. Anil started as an Engineering Manager in 2012 and progressed to become the Sr. Director of IT in December 2017, a position they held until September 2021. During their time at SEPHORA, Anil was responsible for leading the launch of the Sephora store inside Kohl's stores and on kohls.com. Anil also successfully migrated the ecommerce platform and implemented Sephora's loyalty system, "Beauty Insider", on all sales channels. Additionally, Anil played a key role in launching foundational components of the digital marketing platform for Sephora USA.

Anil's earlier experience includes working as an EAI Manager at Guitar Center from 2008 to 2012. Anil was instrumental in delivering real-time integration of Guitar Center's Omnichannel order, inventory, and product information flows. Anil also led the initiative to develop enterprise data standards across all brands of Guitar Center.

Prior to joining Guitar Center, Anil held various hands-on engineering roles at various companies from 1997 to 2008.

Anil Gupta holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Data Sciences Strategy and Transformational Leadership from Columbia University in the City of New York, as well as certifications in AZ-303 Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2021.
