Maki Ramon is a highly experienced professional with a diverse work history. Maki began their career in 2011 as an Administrative Assistant at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, where they were in charge of overall Administrative tasks for an Academic Project initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT). In 2012, they worked as an Interpreter/Translator/Project Coordinator at Nissan Motor Corporation, where they were assigned as the lead Linguist for Nissan Battery New Plant Launch. From 2013 to 2015, Maki worked as a Freelance Translator, Administrative Assistant at San Technology, Inc. (Santek), Executive Assistant at Kyocera Communications, Inc., Document Specialist at INTO University Partnerships, and ADs Quality Rater at Google. From 2017 to 2021, Maki worked as a Bilingual Sales Associate at Gravity Auto. In 2021, Maki began working at Hanna Interpreting Services LLC as a Translations Department Supervisor + Project Manager. In this role, they supervise a team of 12 in the translations department, including the project managers, DTP (Desktop Publishing) team, and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) team. Maki also monitors proactively for everyone's project status, workload, speed, quality, etc. In July 2022, Maki was promoted to Project Management Supervisor, where they currently handle 100+ clients.

Maki Ramon attended Aoyama Gakuin University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. They then attended State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 1999 to 2000 to study Business. In 2009, they attended Santa Fe Community College to study Business. In 2006, they obtained a Microsoft Office Specialist certification from Microsoft and in 2011, they obtained an Animal Holistic Counselor certification from Japan Animal Wellness Association.
