Marjaana Martikainen

Marjaana Martikainen currently serves as Counsel at Hannes Snellman, where key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various agreements, providing legal advice on real estate and corporate law, and managing transaction processes. Notable accomplishments include advising a German fund on the acquisition of major office properties and facilitating project financing for a significant wind farm in Finland. Previously, Marjaana held the role of General Counsel at Logicor Nordics, overseeing legal functions, governance, and compliance for a large number of companies, and managing the sale of the company to Blackstone Group. Marjaana also served as General Counsel at Certeum Oy, Compliance Manager at Sponda Plc, and in administrative roles at Avara Oy.
