Andrew Orzechowski

Andrew Orzechowski, CFA has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Andrew currently holds the position of Vice President - Portfolio Management and Analytics at HASI since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant in Quantitative Modeling and Analytics at HASI from June 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining HASI, Andrew worked at Campbell and Company for a significant period. From May 2014 to February 2021, they served as the Principal Researcher, responsible for developing and managing quantitative investment strategies in equities, currencies, and commodities. During this role, they expanded the firm's systematic market-neutral equity strategy by developing and implementing various quantitative factors.

Andrew's career at Campbell and Company also involved the role of Research Review Coordinator from January 2011 to May 2014. In this position, they structured and coordinated the internal research review process to evaluate research developments. Andrew successfully advocated for the establishment of this role and collaborated with stakeholders to develop flexible guidelines.

Furthermore, Andrew held the position of Research Team Lead/Research Analyst at Campbell and Company from January 1998 to May 2014, where they played a crucial role in conducting research and analysis.

Prior to their tenure at Campbell and Company, Andrew worked at The Scarborough Group, Inc. as the Executive Vice President of Operations from July 1995 to June 1997. In addition to their duties as Chief Investment Strategist, they directed multiple departments and contributed to all aspects of firm management. Andrew also held the role of Chief Investment Strategist at The Scarborough Group, leading a team of advisors and managing a large number of client accounts.

Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated their expertise in portfolio management, quantitative modeling, research coordination, and strategic planning. Andrew'scontributions have led to significant improvements and achievements for the organizations they have worked for.

Andrew Orzechowski, CFA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Andrew is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds certifications in Series 7, 63, and 65 from the NASD.
