Katherine McGregor Dent

Katherine “Kate” McGregor Dent is senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Hannon Armstrong (NYSE: HASI), a leading investor in climate solutions. She focuses on culture, strategy, and organizational development and has been with Hannon Armstrong and its predecessor company since 2002.

She served as deputy general counsel from 2003 to April 2020, and played a key role in structuring, developing, negotiating, and closing several billions of dollars of transactions. Ms. Dent received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Niagara University and a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
