Rachel Gould

Rachel Gould is currently a Senior Project Finance Specialist at the U.S. Department of Energy, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Rachel has held multiple roles at HASI as a Senior Associate and Associate in Investments since November 2021, and served as a Consultant for the Coalition for Green Capital. Rachel's experience includes work with Climate Real Impact Solutions, where a focus on climate-centric mergers and acquisitions took place, and at the Science Based Targets Network, contributing to guidance on science-based targets for nature. Additional roles include a Teaching Fellow at Yale School of the Environment and a Graduate Consultant at Ceres, Inc. where research on climate-related financial disclosures was conducted. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Environmental Science and Economics from McGill University and a Master of Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment.
