Suzanne Logan

Suzanne Logan is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at HASI since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Attorney for Energy Transition and Attorney-Advisor for International at the Commercial Law Development Program, part of the US Department of Commerce, from October 2021 to June 2022 and January 2020 to October 2021, respectively. Before that, Suzanne spent over a decade at Latham & Watkins, progressing from Associate to Counsel between October 2007 and January 2020. Additional legal experience includes contributing to the Young Lawyers Alliance at Legal Counsel for the Elderly from 2015 to 2019 and completing summer associate positions at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and Chandler & Thong-ek Law Offices in 2006 and 2005, respectively. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master’s degree in International Relations focusing on Sustainable Economic Development from Yale University, and a BA in History, summa cum laude, from Fairfield University, along with a Fulbright Fellowship at Hiroshima University.
