Adina Kern

Adina Kern serves as the Head of Group Strategy at Hannover Rück-Gruppe since September 2011, where responsibilities include leading the Group Strategy and overseeing the transformation project "New ways of working." Kern's extensive experience encompasses strategic development, management coordination, and project portfolio management across various branches of Hannover Re worldwide, as well as corporate development roles involving project and process management. Prior to Hannover Rück-Gruppe, Kern held short-term positions at Willis Re and Guy Carpenter focusing on property retrocession, analytics, and aviation reinsurance. Kern's educational background includes an MBA in General Management from Hochschule Weserbergland and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from FHDW Hannover.
