Doug Tubaugh

Doug Tubaugh is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in IT infrastructure and architecture, currently serving as VP of Technology Architecture and Solutions at Hannover Re since February 2006. In this role, Doug has successfully transformed and optimized business models for one of the world's largest reinsurers. Prior to this position, Doug held the role of VP of Infrastructure, overseeing a team of 12 and managing the infrastructure lifecycle to support organizational growth. Doug's earlier experience includes serving as AVP of Production Services and Database Administration, where Doug led engineering solutions for improved operational efficiency. Doug began his career as a Database Analyst at Truliant Federal Credit Union and progressed through positions at CIBER, Inc. and Hanesbrands Inc., ultimately establishing a reputation for delivering high-quality work. Doug holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
