Since February 2009, Lisa has served as the EVP and Chief Operating Officer at Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America, following a role as SVP of Mortality Solutions Operations at Scottish Re from January 2005 to February 2009. Previously, Lisa held positions at ING Re from 1999 to December 2004 as VP of Business Operations and Executive Director of Organizational Development & Planning. Lisa's career began at ING, where various management roles were held from 1981 to 1999. Lisa earned a B.S. in Economics from Bates College, graduating in 1981.
