Jeff Starke

Jeff Starke is an accomplished technology and operations executive with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as EVP - Chief Information and Operating Officer at Republic Bank since July 2021, Jeff Starke focuses on driving positive organizational outcomes through effective partnership and leadership. Previously, Jeff held various leadership roles at Bank OZK from March 2010 to July 2021, including Chief Technology Officer, where responsibilities included orchestrating technology integration during multiple acquisitions and implementing new software platforms. Before that, Jeff held key IT positions at Unity National Bank, Southern Community Bank, and Metavante, demonstrating a solid background in IT management and operations. Jeff Starke holds an Associate of Science degree in Network Systems Administration from ITT Technical Institute and has pursued studies at the University of West Georgia.
