Louise Richards - FCIPD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of HR at Hannover Re since January 2025, Louise previously held the position of HR Director at Gresham House from 2019 to December 2024, where responsibilities included partnering with the C-suite to develop HR strategies and solutions. Prior to that, as Co-Founder and Partner of Fusion HR from 2016 to 2020, Louise aimed to create an empowering workplace environment through consultancy services. Additional experience includes roles as an HR Consultant for the European Investment Bank, HR Manager at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, and HR Manager at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, focusing on international banking clients. Louise holds a BSc in Business Studies from the University of Roehampton, earned between 1993 and 1996.
