Yasmina Cánoves Carmona

Yasmina Cánoves Carmona began their career in 2016 as an Orientador Laboral at Adecco. In this role, they provided customer service and support in the selection of candidates for retail-distribution and hospitality departments, as well as curriculum screening and telephone pre-selection. In 2017, they were promoted to Consultor Senior at Adecco, where they were responsible for selecting personnel, publishing offers, recruiting, screening curricula, conducting individual and group interviews, pre-selecting by phone, and selecting candidates. Yasmina also performed administrative tasks related to workers, such as contracts, extensions, terminations, and changes in working hours. In 2020, they moved to The Adecco Group to become a Recruitment en Amazon Logistics. Finally, in 2021, they were appointed Head of People at HANNUN.

Yasmina Cánoves Carmona has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona in the field of Human Resources, as well as a Grado en Relaciones Laborales from the Universitat de Barcelona.
