Gina Baeg

Gina Baeg has extensive work experience in various financial and leadership roles. Gina started their career as an Accountant at Advisory Research Investment Management in 2013 and worked their way up to Chief Financial Officer & Managing Director before joining Hanold Associates Executive Search & Leadership Advisory as the Chief Financial Officer in 2023. Additionally, they gained experience as an Accounting Intern at Erie Neighborhood House and served as a Team Leader at Jumpstart, where they led a team in providing research-based early childhood curriculum.

Gina Baeg holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from DePaul University, completed in 2013. Gina later pursued an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 2023 to 2025. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Corporate Finance from Kellogg Executive Education in 2022.
