Mayank Parikh

Mayank is a Partner at Hanold Associates focused on recruiting excellence across the human resources function. He first joined the firm as a summer intern and returned full-time after graduating from Northwestern University.

Prior to joining Hanold Associates, Mayank interned for Mission Measurement, a consulting firm that specializes in advisory for non-profits and corporate social responsibility departments at major companies. Before that, he was a research fellow for the Institute for Policy Research where he worked on one of the world’s premiere early childhood education studies.

Mayank earned his Bachelor of Science in Social Policy from the School of Education and Social Policy at Northwestern University. While at Northwestern, he was a recipient of the Knapp Fellowship, was the senior vice president of energy for the Investment Management Group and was a co-founder of GiveForward. Mayank is a member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals.

Mayank is an avid reader, a film buff and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
