Mike Nemec

Mike Nemec currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Hanon Systems, a position held since April 2019. In this role, Mike leads a team of over 950 engineers at the European Innovation Center, focusing on thermal management systems for xEVs and overseeing the complete thermal management solutions offered by the company. Prior to Hanon Systems, Mike spent nearly two decades at Magna International, where roles included Senior Director Engineering responsible for the Fluid Pressure & Controls Group, and various leadership positions in product management and engineering across global markets. Mike holds a B.Sci in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from IESE Business School.
