Alan Stewart is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate, currently serving as a Partner at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP since March 2019 and at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP since September 2004. With over 15 years of expertise, Alan specializes in investment, development, retail and leisure, and natural resources, advising a diverse clientele that includes UK and overseas investors, developers, funds, lenders, retailers, and corporate occupiers. In addition to legal practice, Alan holds significant roles as a Non Executive Director and Board Member at Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association Ltd and as a Charity Trustee for Edinburgh South Community Football Club, both since November 2020.
