Svenja Zwahlen

Svenja Zwahlen is the Deputy Head of Vocational Training at Schibli-Gruppe. Svenja has held this position since May 2021.

Svenja has extensive experience in human resources and training. From September 2016 to December 2020, they were the HR Coordinator / Berufsbildung at SV Group. In this role, they were responsible for selecting and hiring trainees, conducting performance and development reviews with trainees and their trainers, and leading information sessions for students, teachers, and BIZ employees. Svenja also organized and conducted training courses for trainees, and led the trainee project "chiefs for a week" (trainees ran a restaurant). Additionally, they were a practice trainer for Kauffrau/-mann EFZ and ensured that HR training processes were executed correctly.

Svenja Zwahlen has a background in business administration and management. Svenja has a degree from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and a certificate in business administration from the Berufsschule und Weiterbildungszentrum Bülach. Svenja is currently working as an HR assistant.
