Shannon Cain

Shannon Cain has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shannon is currently the Director of Ecommerce at Hans-Mill Corp, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the COO at Efactory To Me from December 2019 to November 2021, where they oversaw all aspects of eCommerce, sales, vendor management, and more. Shannon also held the role of VP Sales and Marketing at the same company from February 2018 to April 2021, responsible for building and maintaining the company website. Before that, Shannon was the COO at BarProducts.com Inc from June 2019 to December 2019, where they hired and trained staff, ordered equipment, developed new processes, and ensured smooth website functioning. Shannon also served as the Senior Director of Ecommerce at Greenstream International from November 2014 to December 2017, driving sales through various channels. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Manager at Flagler Chrysler in 2014, managing sales, inventory, and customer experiences. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Manager of Technology at Greenstream International, responsible for coordinating IT processes and managing network and equipment. Earlier in their career, they served as a Sales Manager at Central Florida Chrysler Jeep from 2011 to 2013, where they oversaw sales and maintained used car inventory.

Shannon Cain has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Sullivan University. They also have an Associate's Degree in Computer Electronics from Hazard Technical College. Additionally, Shannon has obtained several certifications including CompTIA IT Operations Specialist - CIOS Stackable Certification, CompTIA Network+ Certification, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist - CSIS Stackable Certification, CompTIA Security+ Certification, and CompTIA A+ Certification, all from CompTIA in 2010.
