Ferdinand Winter

Ferdinand Winter is currently the General Counsel and Head of Compliance at Hansa Biopharma AB (publ), where Ferdinand focuses on building and managing the legal, compliance, IP, and risk department. Prior to this role, Ferdinand held positions at Novartis as Senior Legal Counsel NTO Transactions, at Basilea Pharmaceutica as Legal Counsel, and at Kaminski Harmann Patent Attorneys AG as Attorney at Law/Head of Legal. Ferdinand also has experience as a Lecturer at Universität Liechtenstein and holds a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law. Ferdinand has a strong background in intellectual property law and international business law.
