Anne Säfström Lanner

Vice President, Global HR at Hansa Medical

Anne Säfström Lanner is currently the Vice President of Global HR at Hansa Medical. Prior to this role, Anne served as the Head of Resourcing at European Spallation Source ERIC from August 2011 to January 2019. In this role, Anne was responsible for overseeing the company's talent acquisition, recruitment, talent management, diversity, and employer brand initiatives.

Anne has also been responsible for workforce planning and pipelining to ensure that the organisation’s talent is fit to meet future challenges. Another essential part of their role has been ensuring that the business values and culture are up to date and that the business has the right tools to build on its objectives and strategies in order to attract the right talent. Ensuring the company culture and values are representing throughout the resourcing and on-boarding process.

Anne also has the overall responsibility ensuring correct Master Data, optimizing the HR ERP system and managing a Salary Group responsible for Pay Roll in both Denmark and Sweden. In addition to their many responsibilities, Anne is also a manager, overseeing a team of six talented people.

Anne Säfström Lanner completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Lund University. Anne then went on to earn a degree in Strategic Leadership from Harvard University. Finally, they earned a Corporate Governance certification from the EFL - Executive Education program.

They are on a team with Vincenza Nigro - Vice President, Global Medical Affairs, Emanuel Björne - Vice President, Business Development and Investor Relations, and Eva-Maria Joed - Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Their manager is Søren Tulstrup, President and CEO.
