Raili Sassian

Raili Sassian is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Group HR Manager and HR Manager at Hansab since November 2022. Prior to this, Raili held the position of Baltic HR Partner at Swedbank Estonia from November 2020 to October 2022. Raili’s extensive background includes over thirteen years at Hariduse Infotehnoloogia Sihtasutus HITSA as a Legal Advisor and HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed HR strategy development, recruitment, employee engagement, and legal advisory tasks. Raili's career also includes office management roles at OÜ Promenum and the Estonian Taxpayers Association.
