Assistant Project Manager: Hansen Construction is seeking detail oriented, hardworking individuals that understand the importance of creating and maintaining a positive work environment. This is a skilled position requiring a strong work ethic and the ability to fully manage and coordinate high-end residential construction projects from bidding through completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comprehensive knowledge in quantity takeoffs, estimating and budgeting.
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
Process day-to-day administrative items (i.e., RFI’s, submittals, shop drawings, procurement, quantity take-offs, etc.).
Compose and edit letters, memos, reports, and procedures.
Identify potential problems, work interferences and schedule difficulties.
Change management.
Tracking time and material work.
Attending owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings on a regular basis.
Coordination with design team and consultants.
Client relations.
Elimination of obstacles that prevent progress in the field.
