Janina Urbach

Janina Urbach is a seasoned professional currently serving as the People Lead for the Innovation Lab at the Hansgrohe Group since September 2018, where responsibilities include acting as an interface between the InnoLab and various stakeholders, supporting interdisciplinary innovation teams, and fostering a conducive work culture for innovation. Janina also has experience as a Business Designer, Innovation Facilitator, and previously worked as a Trainee in Innovation Management. Additional roles include part-time Routesetter, Working Student in Human Resources at TRUMPF, English Teacher with AIESEC in Mainland of China, and various internships in HR and business development. Janina's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Business Administration from the University of Freiburg and Bishop's University.
