Shazmina Akbaraly has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. In 2016, they worked as an Assistant Sales Manager at Bureau Vallée. In 2018, they served as a Receptionist at Aston Agency for a brief period. Shazmina then joined CEVA Logistics in 2019 as an Assistant Project Manager, where they were responsible for creating and managing the department's internal SharePoint platform and extracting data for reporting purposes. Shazmina also collaborated on optimizing existing processes. Their most recent role is as a Project Manager at Hanshow since December 2021. In this position, they are in charge of deploying the Electronic Shelf Labels solution for franchised stores in France and overseeing customer support processes. Shazmina works closely with store directors, external partners, and internal teams, including commercial, technical, logistics, and pre-sales departments.

Shazmina Akbaraly obtained a Master's degree in International Business from the Paris School of Business, attended Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Administration et Échanges Internationaux, and studied Management at Universidade de Coimbra. Shazmina also took courses in International Business at Université Laval and Jagiellonian University. Additionally, they studied Langue et littérature portugaises at the University of Lisbon. Prior to these higher education experiences, Shazmina completed their secondary education at Lycée Younoussa Bamana (Mayotte) and earned a Baccalauréat scientifique.

Shazmina has obtained two additional certifications, including Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in January 2020 and Doing Business in Québec (Finance, Marketing Management) from Université Laval in July 2018.
