Brendan specializes in representing transportation and water agencies, cities, special districts, and joint powers authorities. He assists these agencies with contracts, procurements, the California Public Records Act, the Brown Act, government ethics, and other areas of law.
Brendan is involved in all phases of the public procurement process, assisting agencies to meet their operational needs. He reviews solicitations and ensures that his clients comply with local, state, and federal procurement requirements. He has experience with federally-assisted and other complex procurements for a wide range of goods and services, including multi-phase infrastructure contracts and rolling stock acquisitions.
Brendan has previous experience as a Labor Relations Representative for the LA County Metropolitan Transportation Authority and a high school teacher through Teach for America.
