Ethan Koehler has a strong background in digital experience and technology, with their most recent role being the VP of Digital Experience & Technology at Hanson Dodge. In this position, they led cross-disciplinary teams to develop integrated digital strategies for large-scale website projects, driving the digital strategy and user experience design practices.
Prior to their time at Hanson Dodge, Ethan was the Director of eCommerce at Gaiam Inc., where they managed digital marketing and operations for various B2C web properties. Ethan also served as the Sales Engineer at James Tower, where they deepened their involvement with clients and partnered with the sales team to pursue new project opportunities.
Ethan has extensive experience in project delivery and leadership, having been the Programming Supervisor & Senior Consultant at James Tower, where they managed the Milwaukee development team and provided technical consultation to the sales team. Before that, they worked as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at Digital Visions LLC, where they acted as a solutions architect and lead developer.
Early in their career, Ethan worked as a Research Assistant at Marquette University. Ethan holds a strong track record of success in implementing emerging web technologies and delivering successful projects.
Ethan Koehler attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Management Computer Systems (MCS) degree with a focus on Information Technology with a Business Emphasis. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Marquette University from 1995 to 1997, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business and Information Technology.
