Jonathan Blondel is a seasoned professional in recruitment and growth strategy, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Hanson Lee since September 2025, specializing in the global insurance markets. Prior to this role, Jonathan spent nearly six years at Venquis as a Senior Client Solutions Consultant, where the focus was on providing staffing solutions for change and transformation projects. Jonathan's earlier experience includes working at Smart Co Consulting as an Account Manager and Senior Consultant, where support was given to technology leaders in digital transformation, and at Networkers, where recruitment services were delivered for public sector positions. Jonathan began a career in recruitment as a Delivery Consultant at State Street, and holds a degree from the University of Portsmouth, complemented by foundational education at Duke of York’s Royal Military School.
