Lisa Trussell Catlin

Lisa Trussell Catlin has an extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 1989 as an HR Manager at Universal Engraving Inc. Lisa then worked as an HR Manager at Airport Systems International, Inc. before becoming a Recruiting Supervisor at Alliance Data. After that, they joined Knit-Rite, Inc. as an HR Manager, where they stayed for 17 years. Lisa then served as the Human Resources Director at Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc. for three years. Lisa then moved on to Kubota Tractor Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager for four years. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Hantover.

Lisa Trussell Catlin completed their high school education at Minneapolis High School from 1977 to 1980. Following this, they attended Cloud County Community College from 1980 to 1981, where they studied Business. Lisa then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Business at Kansas State University, which they obtained from 1981 to 1984.
