Shubham Behera has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to 2023. Shubham started as a Management Intern at DXC Technology in 2015. Shubham then worked as a Marketing Intern at Minosha India Ltd (Formerly Ricoh India Ltd) in 2016, where they learned about marketing strategies and supported projector sales. In 2017, Shubham worked as a Business Development Executive at CIPL - Corporate Infotech Pvt Ltd, where they engaged with IT OEMs and managed accounts. Shubham later joined Ingersoll Rand in 2019 as a Management Intern, where they mapped air compressor requirements and visited industrial areas. In 2020, Shubham became a Sales Executive and Demand Generation Lead at Hanu Software, where they managed Microsoft Program campaigns and developed opportunities through various prospecting methods. Most recently, in 2023, Shubham joined Insight as a Marketing Specialist.

Shubham Behera completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from IILM between 2018 and 2020. In 2019, they participated in a program on Operations Management at the International School of Management in Germany. From 2014 to 2017, Shubham studied at Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar), where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management. Prior to that, they attended Montfort School Delhi and obtained their XII degree in Business/Commerce. In addition, Shubham holds a certification in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, which was obtained in 2022.
