Lauren Spinelli

Lauren Spinelli has held various human resources positions, starting as an HR Officer at BAE Systems Australia Pty Ltd in 2007. Lauren then worked their way up to become an HR Advisor at the same company before transitioning to Swinburne University of Technology as an HR Advisor. Lauren later became an HR Manager at Lort Smith and Downer before taking on their current role as an HR Business Partner at Hanwha Defense Australia.
