Stephanie Raffa

Stephanie Raffa is an experienced Aquatics Manager with a strong background in waterpark operations, currently serving in that capacity at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom since January 2023. Prior to this, Stephanie held similar managerial roles at Noah’s Ark Waterpark from March 2019 to December 2022 and Water Country from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Stephanie worked as a Water Park Senior Supervisor at CoCo Key Boston North Shore from February 2017 to March 2019. Stephanie Raffa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing from Colby-Sawyer College in 2017.
