Merv Hayes

Merv Haynes is the VP ASIC Engineering at Hanwha Phasor, leading the ASIC team to deliver custom components for satellite-on-the-move electronically steered antenna array products. Previously, at Leonardo, Merv held leadership roles in Electronics Engineering, Microwave Engineering, and as an MMIC Team Leader. With a background in Microwave Engineering and extensive experience in the defense industry, Merv has a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cardiff University, an MSc in Microwaves and Optoelectronics from UCL, and a BEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Queen Mary University of London.
