Stephanie Davis

Stephanie Davis has extensive work experience in government affairs, communications, and public relations. Stephanie currently holds the position of Vice President of Governmental Affairs at HANYS since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The University of Vermont Health Network as a Senior Government Relations Officer for New York from 2017 to 2022. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the Deputy Commissioner for Policy and Communications at NYS Homes and Community Renewal. Stephanie also has significant experience in corporate communications, having held the role of Regional Vice President of Communications at Excellus BCBS since 2005. Stephanie started as the Director of Communications for the Southern Tier Region in 2003. Stephanie began their career in the New York State Senate as the Public Affairs Director for Senator Thomas Libous from 1998 to 2003, where they developed and implemented media and public relations strategies.

Stephanie Davis attended Binghamton High School for an unknown period of time, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study.
