Shannon Rosati

Shannon Rosati has held a variety of roles since 2014. From 2014-2015, they were a Student Athlete at The Ohio State University, and from 2015-2016, they were the Head Coach at Long Island Top Guns Lacrosse. In 2016, they became a Secretary at Bronzino Engineering, P.C., where they performed administrative tasks and maintained general company record systems. From 2018-2019, they were an Associate Consultant at Hamlyn Williams, where they oversaw the hiring process for several clients and placed highly qualified senior level consultants in contract positions. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Associate and Human Resources Assistant at HAP Capital, where they liaise with recruitment agencies and manages new agency on-boarding/contract review, takes ownership of recruitment processes, and conducts behavioral interviews with candidates.

Shannon Rosati attended Shoreham Wading River High School from 2010 to 2014, graduating with a High School degree. Shannon then went on to attend The Ohio State University College of Education and Human Ecology from 2014 to 2018, graduating with a degree in Sport Industry/Management. In 2021, Shannon obtained certifications in Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for In-House Recruiters and Talent Management from LinkedIn.
