Michael Kaufman

In his role as Director, Michael Kaufman has many roles to fill. His main task is to assist in capital raising endeavors with domestic and overseas investors as well as establishing relationships with new equity and debt lenders. Overseeing marketing initiatives on current and upcoming projects, he also is responsible for managing the sales and rental teams for HAP’s portfolio of luxury offerings in addition to ensuring all retail space is occupied. Prior to joining HAP, Mr. Kaufman was VP of International Investments at Extell Development, where he helped with capital raising initiatives that resulted in over $750 million for various Extell projects around NYC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
