Voon Thau Vui

Voon Thau Vui, male, a Malaysian, aged 57, is the chief executive of the trading division of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad (HSCB) and was appointed to this position on 1 September 2013.

Mr. Voon has over 20 years of senior management experience in the commodities trading industry in Asia. Prior to him joining the HSCB group of companies, he was the executive director of Lei Shing Hong Trading (China) Co. Ltd. from March 2006 to August 2013 and was responsible for the overall business performance of the company covering both China and the Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Voon holds an Executive MBA in International Marketing from Berne University of Applied Sciences Switzerland and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom.
