Atsuko Jorgensen

Atsuko Jorgensen has been with Hapag-Lloyd AG since July 2003. In their role as Sr. Coordinator, Atsuko is responsible for preparing rate quotations, coordinating with the Trade Management department, and handling contract proposals. Atsuko ensures tariff filings are submitted and checks rates, service contracts, and amendments. Atsuko communicates with field sales and resolves customer grievances. In previous roles at Mitsubishi Logistics America and Meiko America Inc., Atsuko also demonstrated strong organizational and customer service skills. Their experience spans over several industries, with a background in CAD operation and warehouse management.
