Karen Serras

Karen Serras has a robust background in commercial coordination, data analysis, and demand planning, currently serving as Coordinator Sales Commercial at Hapag-Lloyd AG since October 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Data Analyst at Imperial Dade from July 2022 to October 2023 and as a Demand Planner at Clinical Enterprise from December 2021 to July 2022. Additionally, Karen held the position of Logistics Team Lead at Affinity Empowering - Return to Normalcy from June 2021 to November 2021. Karen obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Montclair State University (2014 - 2018) and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Westminster (2015 - 2016).
