Kristina Duwe is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic HR roles across various organizations. At Hapag-Lloyd AG, Kristina currently serves as Senior Director - Head of HR Germany & Central Europe and Global HR Transformation, having previously held positions as Director - Head of HR Germany & Central Europe and Director - Head of Global HR Products and Transformation. Prior to this, at Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale - NordLB -, Kristina was the Head of HR Strategy and Quality Management along with roles in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Strategy Development. Kristina's career began at Bremer Landesbank, where responsibilities included Junior-Specialist in Corporate Development and Shareholdings, as well as serving as Team Assistant to a Private Wealth Manager.
