Vikas Chandak

Vikas Chandak is an experienced business leader currently serving as Chief Business Officer at Happay and leading CRED Pay at CRED since April 2022. Previously, Vikas held the position of SVP & Head of Strategic Businesses, Financial Products & Partnerships at Etihad, where significant contributions were made to transform JetPrivilege into a prominent Travel & Lifestyle ecosystem. Vikas has also worked with LoyaltyOne as Director & Head of Client Services, provided management consulting at Deloitte focusing on financial services, and led digital marketing at Exide Life Insurance. As a co-founder of imint, now known as PAYBACK, Vikas has significant expertise in loyalty programs, product development, and digital transformation, complemented by earlier roles at ICICI Bank in product and project management. Vikas holds a PGDBM in Marketing & Systems from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Commerce from MDS University, Ajmer.
