Laura Cassara

Laura Cassara has a diverse work experience in the field of product and user experience research. Their most recent position was as the Lead Product and UX Researcher Team Manager at Happening, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Superbet as a Lead Product and UX Researcher from December 2021 onwards, and as a UX Researcher from October 2019. Laura also gained experience as a UX Researcher at Oddschecker from February 2018 to September 2019, and at StepStone from January 2018 to February 2018. Laura Cassara completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in HCI-Ergonomics at UCL from 2013 to 2014. Their dissertation focused on decision-making, healthcare apps, and app-store design.
