Mario Pavić

Mario Pavić has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Mario started their career at Modernizacija in 2013 as a Software Engineer and stayed there until 2015. In 2015, they joined Netgen as a Software Engineer and worked there until 2016. Mario then moved on to Omega Software where they served as a Project Manager from 2016 to 2018. After that, they worked at Endava as a Program Manager from 2018 to 2021 and then transitioned to the role of Product Manager until mid-2021. In 2021, they joined Happening as a Senior Product Manager and is currently working there. As of 2022, they have taken up a position as a Product Management Consultant at Algebra.

Mario Pavić holds a Postgraduate Degree in Organizational Leadership from Algebra e-Leadership MBA, which they pursued from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Organisation of Business Systems from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics from 2012 to 2015. Mario completed their Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Zagreb University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2012. In 2023, Mario attended Product Faculty briefly to study Product Management. Additionally, they obtained a certification in GoPractice! Simulator from GoPractice, Inc in September 2021.
