Or Kurlander has a diverse work experience in product management and related roles. They started their career as a Junior Analyst at Redwood International Sports in 2008 and later worked as a Senior Data Analyst and Product Owner in the same company. In 2014, Or became a Project Manager at WW Computer Systems Ltd. They then joined Derivco Ipswich in 2015, where they worked as both a Project Manager and a Product Owner. Or then joined Inspired Gaming Group in 2017 as a Senior Product Manager and later moved on to William Hill as a Senior Product Manager in 2019. In 2019, they also started working at Happening as a Product Manager. In 2020, Or joined Superbet as a Product Marketing Manager.

Or Kurlander has a diverse education history. In 2005, they began their undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering & Management at Shenkar College of Engineering and Design, which they completed in 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Subsequently, in 2014, Kurlander pursued further education at the University of West London, where they obtained a Master's degree in Project Management in 2015.
